Quality supplementary feeds to keep livestock going

When grass isn't growing or when you need supplementary animal feed, our quality and value for money feeds will keep your livestock going.

Feed we provide is either grown and balied by us, or we use quality suppliers from around the country. Either way includes maize silage, grass silage, lucern silage, lucern hay, meadow hay, pea vine hay, barley straw, wheat straw, and pea vine straw.

We randomly test feed bales for quality - they must pass our high standards before we will sell them.

This includes high values in crude protein, soluble sugars and starch, fibre, fat, in vitro organic matter digestibility, metabolisable energy (ME), and silages as additional quality indicators.

The ME in the supplementary feeds we supply is around the 10%-12% mark. Around 8% or less shows poor quality, which unfortunately is prevalent in some of the cheaper feeds on the market.

For a full list of indicators of feed quality, click here. We make our own supplementary feed so we can guarantee it's quality and value to you, plus we source from the best. If you're working with consultants we can work with you to make sure you've got the best options in supplementary feed for your livestock that's available.

Perhaps making a change from you're feeding your animals is just what you need to bring about different results.
